The staff here was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless with a super comfy bed, overall a great place to stay.

Overall had NICE stay for a business trip. Got the same extremely spacious and huge double room with all modern facilities booked online, thoroughly enjoyed that. The location was great, close to Opera Square.

The position not far from Alte Oper was fantastic and wonderful.

The Ruby Louise Hotel in Frankfurt is stylish and gorgeous, offering awesome views over the courtyard. the rooms are extremely spacious and huge, with hypo-allergenic pillows provided for added comfort. the hotel is in a very central location, very close to metro stations.

Had a great xmas stay at a hotel in the heart of Frankfurt. Loved the cozy room and the fact that we were greeted with a free warm drink and a welcome treat upon arrival. The location was perfect, right in the middle of the lively shopping district and close to the train station, making it easy to get around. The breakfast spread was amazing, with lactose-free options and fresh fruit available.

There were a few downsides to our stay. The room had no hot water or kettle, which was a bummer since we were hoping to enjoy some tea during the chilly weather.

The modern facilities, including the excellent shower and very comfortable bed, made my stay even more enjoyable. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options, with a considerate focus on sustainability.
